Great location, quite good neighborhood and 20 mins to Gare Montparnasse by metro 12. The staff is smiling and helpful. The rooms are quite small, but I guess they are still acceptable in Paris standards.

Would come back!
Clean, neat, and very compact. The room had everything my friend and I needed during our stay. Very nice staff who was very helpful and friendly at all times. It is a great location, only 2-3 minute walk to the nearest Metro station (M12).
It would have been nice if there were slippers in the hotel room. At times we can hear other guests from our room when they are roaming around the hallways, but we believe that's a common thing in most hotels. Apart from such points, the place is a great place to stay in.
